Terms of Sale

Seller and checkout

Apparel is sold by Alex Gajewski, doing business as The Nexus Archive. See Contact / Order Help for seller contact details.

We use Shopify for commerce and checkout, and Printify and its print providers for production and fulfillment. A Nexus account or membership is not required. Buying apparel does not create a Reader subscription or change your Reader access.

Products, prices and orders

Review your selected product, size, color, quantity and product information before ordering. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The selected variant’s price, shipping, applicable taxes and total are shown at checkout before payment. Our Shipping policy explains the $4.95 rate and free-shipping threshold.

Images may include digitally created scenes. Screens, lighting and garment dyeing can affect color appearance. Contact us with image or description questions before ordering, or if the item you receive differs from what was represented.

Payment is handled through Shopify and its payment providers. An order confirmation acknowledges your order. We manually review orders, aiming to release them within one business day.

If availability, an error or another issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will provide a full refund for the affected items and applicable tax and shipping charges. Our Shipping and Returns & Cancellations policies apply.

Site use and updates

Use the shop lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use another person’s payment details without permission.

Our branding and original artwork may not be used commercially without permission, subject to rights granted by law. We do not claim exclusive rights to underlying public-domain works.

We use Shopify to host our commerce services and checkout. Shopify processes information from visits and purchases, together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify, to provide enhanced services. Relevant information is shared with Shopify and other providers that may be located in other countries.

Our Privacy notice explains information handling, including Shopify Network Intelligence. Updated terms will carry an effective date and will not remove rights applying to an existing order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
