Standard shipping is $4.95 per order below $85 in merchandise after discounts, and free at $85 or more after discounts. Tax and shipping do not count toward the threshold.

We ship to the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, subject to address and fulfillment-route availability at checkout. Military addresses and other U.S. territories are not currently offered. Your shipping charge is shown before payment. Orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking updates.

We manually review orders and aim to release them for production within one business day. Your shirt is made after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days after release. Standard transit within the contiguous United States usually takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require an additional 7–12 business days in transit.

Review, production and transit are separate periods. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, larger orders and production or carrier interruptions can cause delays.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and offer a choice to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped items for a full refund, including applicable tax and shipping charges. We will seek any consent and issue refunds required by law. The ordinary cancellation restrictions below do not override these rights.

Check your address before ordering. For a correction, email shop@thenexusarchive.com immediately. We can change it only while fulfillment can still be stopped and will confirm the outcome by email.

For delayed, missing or apparently misdelivered packages, contact us promptly with your order number. Check tracking, carrier notices and your delivery location, and ask household members or your receiving desk. We will investigate with our fulfillment provider or carrier and explain the next steps. A “delivered” scan does not automatically end our review or remove your legal rights.
