Scope and information

This notice covers The Nexus Archive’s apparel shop and Shopify checkout. Seller details appear in Contact / Order Help. Email shop@thenexusarchive.com for privacy requests. Reader and membership services have separate relevant notices.

Hosting, security, Shopify and other service providers may receive device, browser, network, usage and cookie information. Our storefront saves your bag in your browser and uses session storage to keep its featured order stable.

Shopify processes order information such as your name, email, delivery and billing details, products, total and payment status. Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Support receives the messages, order details and photos you provide.

Uses and recipients

We use information for orders, payment, fulfillment, updates, support, refunds, fraud prevention, service operation and legal obligations. Relevant providers include Shopify and payment providers, Printify, print providers, carriers, Proton Mail for support, hosting and security providers. We may disclose information as legally required or to protect rights or security.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify combines information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify for enhanced services, including analytics, personalization and advertising. Depending on applicable law, these uses may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Marketing and choices

If you opt in to apparel marketing emails, Shopify manages your email and consent. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails. Purchasing does not enroll you; checkout marketing consent starts unchecked. Marketing consent does not change advertising privacy choices.

Eligible Shop users may receive marketing reminders under Shop’s settings and applicable consent requirements. Use message unsubscribe or preference controls. Essential order and support messages are separate.

Custom Shop routes currently exclude Nexus page-view measurement and Nexus advertising events. Shopify services have their own processing and settings; third-party cookies or analytics may still operate.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Contact us; verification and legal exceptions may apply. Shopify’s store privacy-choice page (https://qqszie-t9.myshopify.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out) offers controls in configured regions. Contact us if a control is unavailable. Shopify’s privacy portal also provides choices concerning its processing.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for orders, support, records, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Providers have their own retention practices. Information may be processed abroad. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee complete security.

The shop is not directed at children under 13. Contact us about information that should not have been collected from a child. Updates will display an effective date.
