Returns & Cancellations

Our shirts are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size or color. Please review your selections and the size information before ordering.

For an item that arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email shop@thenexusarchive.com promptly, preferably as soon as you notice the issue and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a verified problem. Do not mail anything back without instructions.

For a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible. We can ordinarily accommodate it only if production can still be stopped. Your request is confirmed when we confirm it by email. This restriction does not apply to cancellation or refund rights arising from a shipment delay or other rights provided by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. We will explain any necessary alternative. Processing and posting times depend on the payment provider.

These policies and the 30-day reporting window do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law provides.
